The Anabolic Diet is a book/diet that was written/introduced into the health and fitness subculture in 1995 by Dr. Once ketosis is achieved, the individual then does a keto-like diet (60% fat/35% protein/5% carbs) during the week, with a 48 hour carb load during the weekend (60% carbs/10% protein/30%fat). I came across what is called the Anabolic Diet, which requires reaching ketosis at first. ![]() Each session is about 90 minutes in duration and is very strenuous. The Anabolic Diet was created by a doctor named Mauro DiPascale, and his book claims that this diet has proven in studies to support hormonal support that aids in building muscle and strength, and just becoming more healthy. I am a highly active semi-pro athlete who is looking to get stronger and build some muscle. I am writing this post to learn more from all of you who have more experience in keto (which is primarily the basis of the anabolic diet) to get some opinion.
